Tha article says that Flanders Classics was founded in 2010. The article also says "The cooperation has already achieved a better date for three of the races". But this was known already in october the year before the alleged foundation. See Laura Weislo, Gent-Wevelgem moved to Sunday before Tour of Flanders, CyclingNews 8 october 2009. So, either Flanders Classics was founded in 2009 (or earlier), or it did not achive the change of dates for the races. The homepage of Flanders Classics says that it has organized (or helped to do so) the races since 2010, which is not the same as that it was founded that year.
