"Crimes"[edit]
"He was beheaded for his crimes" makes no sense- what crimes? Christians were martyred by order of the Roman emperor. Not only was it not a crime to kill them, it was a direct order from the emperor.
References need replacement[edit]
I also have strong reservations about ALL of the listed sources on this article. Every single one that I can see is a Christian church website. I think they might be a little biased when it comes to talking about people who martyred Christians. None of them looks reputable, and only one of them cites a source (Eusebius). In my opinion, every reference in this article should be tossed and replaced with a citation to Eusebius's original text. Ikjbagl (talk) 19:25, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
