New earliest emoji[edit]

I recently discovered emoji from 1988, 1990, and 1994. So the timeline needs to be rewritten. I won't be editing Wikipedia myself, but I may be able to assist with references and assets if somebody needs more than those in my announcement blog post. Cheers! ✌️ https://blog.gingerbeardman.com/2024/05/10/emoji-history-the-missing-years/Flicky1984 (talk) 23:28, 13 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your blog post alone probably would not suffice, but Emojipedia's article should do. — Christoph Päper 10:08, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Of course, I was referring to the references I quote and link to in my blog post rather than the blog post itself. Emojipedia's blog post is a rehash of my blog post. —Flicky1984 (talk) 16:35, 14 May 2024 (UTC) —Flicky1984 (talk) 16:35, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
