Section on Member states[edit]

I removed the table, as it contained mistakes. Some mistakes may be due to the table being outdated - countries which have recently denounced (such as Philippines, Slovenia) were not listed as such; other mistakes may be due to lack of attention in editing (Belgium has denounced in 1992, but was not listed as such).
