I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Balance in Reception Section

I tend to sense a lack of balance in the reception section. We see a sentence that the album received lukewarm reviews and is unpopular among some, and then we get another few sentences about how some songs are popular and generally PR points about the album. As a result, I am going to insert a few quotes from critics about the album. Please let me know if this is problematic! U21980 (talk) 16:38, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
