Karl von Braun-Fernwald redirect[edit]

Hi User:Riffle, via a detour over the German wiki I happended to find your Wiki article above. I have read plenty of literature related to Ignaz Semmelweis, and he is almost invariably named Carl Braun (with C and not K) for whom I made the wiki entry Carl Braun (obstetrician), the "Ritter", the "von" and "Fernwald" all came after the was knighted and received other honor titles later in life.

I merged some info on your page: Niederösterreich, the eponym, the link to Österreich-Lexikon, and all your Categories, into my page, with thanks. However, your info on his embracement of Ignaz Semmelweis' ideas is not correct at all - they were very bitter enemies.

Would you mind if I establish a redirect from Karl von Braun-Fernwald to Carl Braun (obstetrician), effectively cancelling the appearance of your text??

I will put a copy of our correspondence on the talk pages of both Karl von Braun-Fernwald and Carl Braun (obstetrician) for record purposes.
