Needs Work[edit]

I think this article needs a lot of work - especially in describing what precisely the Federation does, what its specific programs are, etc. Judging by the Federation's website, it raises a substantial amount of money each year. What does this money-raised finance? I think that also will help clear up any lingering questions of notability. BWH76 (talk) 23:44, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
