Anachronism, the People's Republic came much later, he had been dead for four years by then. Hate the Communists all you want, but respect history. They were already running most of the show, but under a different title. I see the issue has been raised already in 2013, seven years ago! Some Commie-haters really insist on pushing an agenda going the wrong way about it. There's enough space and justification for anti-Stalinist prose even w/o creating Trumpist "alternative facts". Drop the title from the main body of the article[edit]

Kun didn't act much as a priest or in the name of the Church or the Franciscans while with the Arrow Cross death squads, nor was he executed as a Catholic, priest or friar, so drop the "Father/Fr.", it smells of revisionism. Lots of people had titles, but in Wikipedia these are mentioned only in the respective paragraphs (education, career, titles and awards) and nowhere else. I know in Austria-Hungary & its heirs titles are still very commonly used & revered, but this is the English Wikipedia and English standards apply. Check the article on "Dr. Göring" to see (I haven't yet, but I know what I would find, not just because of the English standards, but also because since 1945 the Germans have internalised much better the difference between a national hero and a war criminal).

Also, as far as I know, once a Catholic becomes a friar and adopts a religious name, the standard way of addressing them is "Father [religious name]", with the religious name either being identical with the baptism name or not. So Kun would be Father András, not Fr. Kun. But this only applies in a religious context, certainly not here, where he's having an article to his name only as a war criminal and exceptional case of sadism.
