I removed some tags that didn't seem fair and were not supported by comments on this Talk page. I'm inclined to remove the COI tag, too, but I won't now. Schnaz (talk) 03:47, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I removed anolther tag, b/c this article no longer requires "a major rewrite." It's short and doubtless will grow, but it's sourced well considering its brevity. The COI tag remains for now. When more people contribute, we can omit it. --Schnaz (talk) 16:07, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

I cleaned up many of the references and "named" some of them so they could be reused. The named ref "Beliefs" is for the About/Beliefs page of the ANCC web site. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Schnazola (talkcontribs) 23:26, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Training of Clergy[edit]

This section is very weak, mainly because of the reference to the St. John the Beloved Seminary. The web site is non-existent, the Wikipedia article for the seminary doesn't even qualify as a stub, and the link to the seminary on Outreach Ministries page redirects to the ANCC's home page. Just awful. --Schnaz (talk) 01:00, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I beefed up this section a bit and removed the reference to St. John the Beloved. The ANCC no longer uses the program, and the link that was there redirected to the ANCC's web page. --Schnaz (talk) 10:19, 1 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
