MrClog Thank you. I'd want to believe that I copy-edit my Wikipedia contributions seriously, but I guess this might've fallen through the cracks. For the record, the concerned text was a list of pieces of legislation from a government website, which both carried a public release notice and a copyright notice, both conflicting and confusing. I'm rewriting the draft in whole or in part and moving forward, checking on notices for potential issues, take the worst-case scenario in terms of potential copyvio.
