The distribution of Cerithium muscarum includes the Western Central Atlantic, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean:^[1]^[2]

The maximum recorded shell length is 26 mm (1.0 in).^[3]

Habitat[edit]

Cerithium muscarum has been recorded at depths between 0 and 18 m (0 and 59 ft).^[3]
