Why this cat?[edit]

I created this category because there are currently many articles and some subcategories under Category:Energy, and I'd like to follow the request on the top saying "Articles in this category should be moved to subcategories when appropriate." This is not to say that other articles under category:energy are not related to physics; I just wanted a category for the pure physics topics. I'm not feeling strongly about the name; I think when the category is filled, it will be obvious what I meant, and people can think of a better name. — Sebastian 01:36, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Some further discussion at Category talk:Energy makes me rethink my decision. I now feel it may make more sense to keep Category:Energy for the physics term, and create a different Category:Power and energy use for all the rest. — Sebastian 05:57, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
