I'm not entirely convinced, I'm afraid. My understanding of this category is that it's for articles on the actual alternate versions themselves, not just for films that have alternate versions (otherwise it would be called Category:Films that have alternate versions). Hence why we have, for example, Versions of Blade Runner and Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut included, but not Blade Runner and Superman II. Dozens (if not hundreds) of films have director's cuts or other alternate edits, and including all of them in this category runs the risk of it becoming meaningless.
