Explanation of C class ?[edit]

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:C-Class_Technology_articles shows that there are 1023 articles (of the Technology project) in the C class. Shouldn't there be an explanation here about what a C class entails? 66.130.179.8 (talk) 22:57, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
