I think it's a good start; I can't see any immediate problems. Nice job! Chevymontecarlo 07:33, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
THANK YOU! PurrS | (talk) 23:59, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, This is my first article and I am looking for confirmation of whether this is an article I am permitted to write, given possible conflict of interest. It isn't finished, so I don't (yet) need help with content or style. The article is a list of distributed social network applications, comparing things like features and license, so I don't think point of view should be a problem, but I'd like to be sure. Please see my user page for more details.

Gravthuth (talk) 03:39, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's good but try and add some links and references perhaps. Chevymontecarlo 07:34, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. Yes, I will! Gravthuth (talk) 10:49, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just would like someone to review so as to remove the little header thing. Thanks!

Gahbay (talk) 07:54, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why will this article not appear upon search? Can someone fix up some of the references please?

Joseph Costas (talk) 08:47, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I added some info on the refs. It still lacks verifiability - please remember, anything unreferenced can/will be removed.
Most of the article isn't referenced - "Publications", "Awards", "Professional Affiliations and Service"
Please see WP:V.

Hi guys I was wondering if I could get some feedback on this article. It is my first so any pointers would be awesome. Also could I get some advice on how to get it posted on the site. Cheers Brooke.

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering if I could get your feedback on this article. It's my first so any tips are welcome. Also, how do I post it live.

Cheers, have a good one.

Brooke

You had some problems with referencing techniques. I tried to post some suggestions on your talk page. I can't really comment on the sufficiency of the article. Not much seems to be known about her. Your article is already "live" -- you probably did this by following the instructions that come with the new article wizard (you 'moved' it). Unfortunately, when you capitalize her last name, you will probably have to move her again. BTW, I noticed that in the ABC3 article, which mentions her, her name is not wikilinked to your article. You could do this ... At the same time, you could make sure Studio 3 is wikilinked in the ABC3 article. Tkotc (talk) 06:10, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looking for help copy editing, and other thoughts on what can be placed for this article. This is about a current ongoing criminal case for a series of bank robberies in Southern California that has made national news. Thank you for any help anyone can offer.

Jsgoodrich (talk) 10:33, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've made a couple of proofreading-type changes to your article pursuant to your request for copy editing. I also changed it to three paragraphs to reflect that you have (I) a Geezer Bandit, (II) a Copycat Geezer Bandit, and (III) the FBI's more generalized interest in disguises. Other than that:
  • I think your footnotes 8 through 16, which refer to the same article, would benefit from "named reference" treatment. See: Wikipedia:REFNAME#WP:REFNAME.
  • Should your article be titled "Geezer Bandit" (capitalized)?
  • You might want to note in your table of robberies that #12 in Bakersfield was a probably the copycat's work.
  • I'm dubious about putting four different articles under one footnote number (first pair of ref tags). It's hard to read the references.
  • The last reference of that four gives publisher credit to LA Times, but isn't it CNN?
I'm a fan of "true crime" stories, so thank you for pointing this one out. Tkotc (talk) 07:27, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Shaazam19/Avery Brewing Company[edit]

Hey! I recently started a wikipedia account and needed help moving an article about a craft brewery in Boulder, Colorado called Avery Brewing Company from my user space to live space. I received some help in effort to better my article and I believe I fulfilled all the requirements. Could someone please help me move it to live space or let me know if there is anything else I have to do?

thank you!

Shaazam19 (talk) 20:33, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have not reviewed your article, but I hope this answers your question about how to put your article live on stage. Up at the top right of your article page in the header area you will see something like "read, edit, view history, (a star symbol), (a downward pointing triangle symbol). If you hover your mouse pointer over this last symbol, a drop-down menu item named 'move' will appear. Click it. Fill in any necessary blanks. This moves it out of your userspace into general public view.Tkotc (talk) 06:17, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Rica Takashima[edit]

I have added noted manga artist Rica Takashima, including links to major review sites, as well as citations within Wikipedia. Sebastian122 (talk) 22:27, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone review the above article so that the designation "this article must be reviewed by someone other than the author" can be removed?

Hgoldste (talk) 22:34, 11 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Done Article reviewed. The paragraphs on the history of the company are a bit vague, but overall it is pretty good. Alpha Quadrant talk 02:33, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
