Copyedit only, I'm afraid, as I'm not a biochemist

  • ATP synthase and G proteins - seems to be a blank subsection?
  • NADH and FADH2, each contain - dump the comma
  • Why is NADH linked there and FADH2 not?
  • cells nucleus and the mitochondrion - cell's, no the
  • Oxygen is converted to Water in this step. - lower case water
