Wikipedia:Notability (cemeteries)

Consensus for its implementation was not established within a reasonable period of time. If you want to revive discussion, please use the talk page or initiate a thread at the village pump.

Cemeteries as geographic entities should have articles if they meet the following criteria.

They have "multiple independent articles".
They contain 3 or more burials of people that have Wikipedia articles.
Every National Cemetery currently has an uncontested article.

If they don't meet the criteria for an independent article, they should be merged into the articles on the towns that contains them.
