Is Box Office Mojo a reliable source?[edit]

Hey guys, I've been wanting to ask: Is Box Office Mojo a reliable source? Because that site changed the release dates of The Hustle, The Courier and now The Comeback Trail. Zack41Attack (talk) 22:17, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I know it's been about half a year since you asked this, but yes, Box Office Mojo is a reliable source. There may be some changes made to information about movies, possibly by accident, but information from BOM is almost always quite accurate, so it is a reliable source and is used a lot for box office collection information for films. List of American films of 2021[edit]

It's an ambiguous situation. Dark Harvest is on the site as an in-development project, not appearing on the pages of David Slade (director) or Norman Partridge (source author). I haven't found any news on casting, even though production should have started now if that's going to be the release date. (Hollywood is full of red tape and delays, especially with COVID added in.) For now I'm leaving it where it is, but it's possible the project has been delayed or abandoned. Although I hope not. I've read the book and am interested what an adaptation would look like.Bjones (talk) 06:40, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Well, here's the thing: this source says it's coming September 24, 2021. That means it wasn't delayed or abandoned.[1] Zack41Attack (talk) 20:06, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

February 2021[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Bovineboy2008. I noticed that you recently removed content from The Asset (film) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please don't remove sourced content without providing source. You stated that the film was delayed but did not provide a citation. We must use content that can be verified, not just things we think may be true. BOVINEBOY2008 12:10, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Voyagers (film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. IMDb cannot be used as a source, per WP:IMDBREF. If you continue to add unsourced content, or change sourced content without explanation, you may find your editing privileges limited. BOVINEBOY2008 10:44, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, come on! All I added were those along with a "citation needed" thing. That's all. Zack41Attack (talk) 19:11, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You need to provide the citation. Otherwise, it looks like you are just making things up and hoping someone won't notice. I don't think that is what you are doing, so please provide the citation. BOVINEBOY2008 09:22, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
