Inserting Comment in Middle of Talk Page[edit]

It appears that you inserted a comment into the middle of the talk page for TALK:Universal Declaration of Human Rights rather than at the bottom. This is confusing, and can lead to your post being ignored. Please use the "new section" tab to comment in talk pages, rather than inserting a comment in the middle.
