How in the world is that "wildly inappropriate"

the current explanation is only good to an expert who would already know what is wrtten.

wiki pedia must be readable by everyone not just computer people.

thwe laymans explanation was easy for peopel to understand.

No objection to a layman's explanation, but the tone of the one in question is just flat-out wrong. Doesn't come remotely close to being encyclopaedic. I've no intention of getting into a revert war with anyone and will leave the explanation in place, but that whole section needs massive reworking to meet the quality standards.
