ANI filing[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.

Hi, I reversed your edits on the ArbCom case request page. I believe this is premature and I have opened the discussion on WP:ANI under "Conflict Resolution - Premature Arbitration Committee Filing". Inomyabcs (talk) 05:30, 14 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reviewing the discussion at ANI and elsewhere...
You are => . <= this close to being blocked for disruption and personal attacks.
We care significantly if people taunt others who then get angry. But I don't see that here.
Please calm down, consider taking a short break.
Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 03:58, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Uh, who are you? You don't intimidate me, first. I am nowhere near close to being blocked, I have done nothing wrong. The other user clearly has and can't speak without insulting others and taunting. Second, I'm not angry. I don't let kids like that get under my skin. Third, you're kidding, right? The user is a habitual harasser. Do your research, I can tell right away you haven't. Do you need help? There is no shortage of evidence for the user being a habitual harasser and a stalker, and now a slanderer, which I will be reporting. There's a new offense every day, it seems. Surely I am allowed to exist in peace without encountering that. Please calm down yourself and don't resort to posting threatening content on my talk page. I've been editing for eight years, I'm not about to stop just because someone started harassing me. Please consider that the user you have been so quick to defend has been banned before, I haven't.Whiteboyrobot (talk) 04:26, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I am an administrator and have been for a very long time now.
You are acting out of control on ANI.
*I* will block you if you keep it up. Is that clear enough?
Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 04:31, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Your personal page does not say your are an administrator, so I am inclined to believe otherwise. Barging into my talk page, being rude, and talking down doesn't help your case, either. I am in no way shape or form acting, as you put it, "out of control" by reporting a serial harasser. I won't be blocked for that. Good luck with that. You should also look at the abounding evidence for your friend JesseRafe being a serial harasser before you start making uninformed judgements about *ME*. I have rights just like anyone else. Is that clear enough?Whiteboyrobot (talk) 04:36, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Facts are facts. The truth is that a user does not have the right to slander another user without being responded to and all their assertions being debunked.Whiteboyrobot (talk) 04:44, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thought I'd just stick my nose in here. You have no rights. None of us have "rights" we have privileges as this is a privately owned website. In case you feel the urge to quote it, no, you do not have the right to free speech either. Please see [{WP:FREESPEECH]]. No editor is required to post anything about themselves whether it be their user privileges or any other information. One useful gadget to have is the pop up gadget, which can be enable through your preferences→browsing→Navigation pop ups. This will bring up a hovering display above any link on wikipedia. This includes user names. If you activate it then hover your mouse pointer over a username, a small box appears. At the bottom of the pop up box, you will see a list of privileges that user holds. For instance, Georgewilliamherbert holds the abusefilter and sysop (administrator) privileges. These privileges allow an admin to not only block your account, they can also take away your ability to use your talk page and email other editor facilities. September 2015[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=I should be unblocked immediately. The block was totally unwarranted and uninformed. The only reason I was blocked in the first place is because I stood up for myself against obvious abuse from another user who was defaming me and lying. With these facts being so obvious and documented across this site, I am suspicious that I was only blocked in the first place by friends of the other user. I have been contributing for eight years and never been banned or blocked, unlike the other user.}}.  Drmies (talk) 04:42, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • In between harassment, insults, edit warring, filing incorrectly and prematurely at ArbCom, the predictable claims of being bullied, and enormous general unpleasantness, it is clear that you are not here to improve the encyclopedia. Drmies (talk) 04:43, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It is clear that I am and you have made an uninformed block. Predictable and true. Who in the world gave this kid JesseRafe the right to slander someone else all over Wikipedia without being responded to? Nobody. I wonder if you know them. I have not harassed, I have BEEN harassed. I have been TARGETED BY edit wars. It is not "enormous general unpleasantness" to ADDRESS SOMEONE'S LIES about you. I have been contributing to building this encyclopedia for eight years, so the claim that I am not here to build an encyclopedia is laughable. You can bet that I will battle this unwarranted block until the end and win because I am right and it has happened for no apparent justifiable reason.Whiteboyrobot (talk) 04:48, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

An attack on Drmies like "I wonder if you know them" is not helping your case. If you keep attacking the blocking admin I will reblock you revoking your talk page edit permission.
You also made a borderline WP:NLT legal threat on ANI.
I don't know what Drmies did before blocking, but I have no dog the the fight at the Bernie Sanders page, and I reviewed all your edits, and no history with the other editor. You were the one out of control.
Please calm down and stop making it worse for yourself. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 04:56, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
"I wonder if you know them" would not be an attack. I did not make a legal threat and, per the rules, once someone has addressed the matter and said they didn't make a legal threat, they officially haven't. I was not the one out of control. As the evidence will show, JesseRafe clearly cannot speak without making insults, not just at me, but at other users. Please cross-check again. The other user has been banned multiple times.Whiteboyrobot (talk) 05:02, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
"Do you have a lawyer?" is a legal threat. . Buster Seven Talk 23:10, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I should be unblocked immediately. The block was totally uninformed and unwarranted. The only reason I was blocked in the first place is because I stood up for myself against obvious abuse from another user who was defaming me and lying, for at least a week. With these facts being so obvious and documented across this site, I am suspicious that I was only blocked in the first place by friends of the other user. Something is suspicious about this. You all get so worked up over every single thing I say, and severely scrutinize me, but not others. I haven't cursed anyone out, I have only responded to another user defaming me. I have been contributing for eight years and never been banned or blocked, unlike the other user.

Decline reason:

Looks like a justified block to me. You are definitely not going to be unblocked until you calm down and demonstrate your readiness to resolve disputes in a civil and non-ragey manner. Max Semenik (talk) 08:22, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
