Birthyear changing[edit]

Regarding your recent edit summary to Eddie Albert, don't you think that it is a person's right as a citizen of the United States to legally change their birthyear if they so wanted to? I believe Nancy Reagan did it, because public records say she was born in 1923, while there is enough evidence to prove that she was actually born in 1921. I got your message, but I still have my suspicions. If you log on to http://www.peoplefinders.com, you can search for a Nancy D Reagan in California and you will find one who is 83, which would make her be born in 1923, which is not the case. Marcus2 13:14, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Cabirthsample.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Cabirthsample.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Chris Btalk 15:15, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
