Context - ebooks/edocuments/epages/ (storages, transfers and retrievals) - Audio Narrators for mobile/portable and computing devices

I am in pain to see lack of acceptable uniform and consistent format for ebooks..I would think a simple interface with everyone supporting like plain text, html, audio etc.The number of streaming, computing, storage devices quadrupled yet we fail to support one common format as simple as .txt,.html,.mp3,.mp4..why can't we transfer ebooks from different sources similar to cd in playback devices

context2 - Increasingly, OCS-IS candidates are non-commissioned officers in whom the Army has invested years of training and education.

To put this in perspective, the Officer Corps is 20 percent the size of the enlisted force, and yet significantly larger than the existing pool of college-educated enlistees. So money training/education/projects are all out of sync. The relatively recent reduction of active component OCS from 14 weeks in 2006 to 12 weeks in 2007 may be an example of such a reduction in leader development goals. Vdhananjay (talk) 20:34, 5 July 2013 (UTC) More than ever before, the U.S. Army requires an Officer Corps strategy that recognizes and leverages the interdependence between accessing, developing, retaining, and employing talent. Beyond attainment of the right number of officers at each career level,[reply]
