Re: Blues Rock[edit]

Hello, can you please discuss your additions to the sample artists list on the talk page before adding them? Thank you. --Dane ~nya 10:20, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Second that. If you continue to revert to your own list, I will be forced to report you for violation of the 3RR. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 08:06, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Once again, please help and discuss on the talk page. --Dane ~nya 02:26, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Seriously, you need to discuss these changes on your talk page. This is not how Wikipedia works; we have to communicate. -- Cielomobile talk / contribs 05:06, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Personal attacks[edit]

Please do not personally attack us. If you wish to discuss, go ahead; we're patient and would like to hear what you have to say on the matter, not on what you have to say about us. --Dane ~nya 05:23, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Endless SLB rebuttal[edit]

REMOVED FROM SIR LORD BALTIMORE TALK PAGE AS IT CONTRIBUTES NOTHING USEFUL TO THAT ARTICLE'S DEVELOPMENT:

settle down skip. even if i could post a source you would still be critical of the imformation becuase your a no good slob. the liner notes are a perfect way to get rare information out their for all to see, and their is no reason that source is not just as good as a book. the fact didnt come from srb raw but from their first to albums as a compilation. ps haikus are gay. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Typicalhyjink101 (talkcontribs) 21 February 2007
Well, like your previous post, that was shockingly illiterate. Plus, you missed half of my point. I would take the time to re-explain it, but clearly reading comprehension isn't one of your strong suits, either, so why bother. Rave on, young idiot! Thehaikumaster 03:35, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I really dont beleive my response was illiterate, and I agree using just my word is not a valid source. On second hand though,I beleive if their was absolute proof that the liner notes on the album was correct, then it would validate and give purpose to the notion that the band was to young and their record company took advantage on them. Also the information on the liner notes is validated on their website found on the botton link of the SRB page link, but is not as explanatory as the liner notes, which tells a much more vivid strory of the steady demise of SRB. I do apologize for the insult, and must understand that there are very few people to discuss such an extremely rare band of such a significant and obscure cult-status. Again sorry, and you should check out that site. +
Also the lead singer John Garner sent me this webpage which really tells an in depth story about really the interesting history of Sir Lord Baltimore. http://www.villagevoice.com/music/0707,freeman,75769,22.html

Incidentally, if you're trying to convince someone you're not illiterate? You might want to avoid misspelling any words in the first sentence of your defense, much less misspelling two. And it might be a good idea to go back and fix the numerous spelling/grammar/punctuation errors in your previous posts, just to prove that you actually aren't illiterate. Until you're sitting where I'm sitting, you can't imagine how hilarious that is.
That said, it's good that you seem to realize the error of your earlier rudeness; hopefully it'll guide you on future interactions with fellow Wiki contributors. Also, how about signing your posts so the rest of us don't have to do it for you? Much appreciated.
As to the Voice article, it's already been used as source material for this page, which you'd realize if you'd looked at the "Reference" and "Notes" sections. Thehaikumaster 12:37, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I dont think a few mispelled words makes me illiterate, and its just a discussion page. Its not like ive vandalized the site and changed facts on the page. Quite frankly im not worried about being looked upon as a simpleton becuase I dont sign my posts or dont care about spell check. I think a few well written articles on wikipedia has inflated your ego if you ask me. The whole point of the conversation in the first place was to debate the liner notes on the SRB album, which would definitely give a whole nother tone to the article which talks about Eddie Kramer and his contributions to the band. "So the rest of us don't have to do it," its a fucking SRB page, how many people do you think look at this page anyway, the answer is very little to non-existent. I do give you respect tho' becuause more recently than not the SRB write-up was non-existent on wikipedia. Also I do realize it is not the number of people who look at the article, its the notion that all the facts are straight, but seriously this is not my final exam here, its a discussion page. Typicalhyjink101 P.S., how did you first here SRBs music? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Typicalhyjink101 (talkcontribs) 21 February 2007
What a surprise; I come to your talk page and find you've been bugging other Wiki users (who have actually contributed something worthwhile, no less) with the same stuff that I complained about. It's also unsurprising to see that the sum total of your "contributions" to Wikipedia so far has been foul-mouthed rants on talk pages and vandalism of actual articles. And have "a few well written articles on wikipedia" inflated my ego? Maybe. But until you have even one well-written article, you're really in no position to judge.
But that's not the point. The point is, I brought this fun conversation here so it stops taking up the SLB talk page, as there's really no place for it there. I will tell you this, though: like the saying goes, first impressions go a long way. And you seem to have a long history of making ridiculously miserable first impressions.
Bottom line is, I'm not interested in discussing SLB, or any other band, with someone who presents his or her self as you do. If you have a contribution to make to the article, go ahead and make it, but please be sure to cite properly and for god's sake bust out the spell check before posting. At the same time, please stop trying to have a conversation with me; I find you extremely uninteresting and unpleasant, and think you give SLB fans a bad name.
Good luck with Wiki-ing, and maybe in the future you'll think a little more about how to interact with people who are actually contributing to the community, and with whom you might want to have a discussion. 'Cause at the rate you're going, it doesn't look like you're too far from being booted completely. Thehaikumaster 18:51, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. Have kept your pertinent remarks on the SLB talk page, where I have responded to your question re: how to cite liner notes, and also further filled you in on the half-point you missed earlier. Thehaikumaster 18:53, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would never give SLB a bad name man. There my favorite band case closed. I have all their albums which is probably more than you can say. As far as Im concerned im not really concerned, I like stirring up a little nonsense here and there and you dont have the power to kick me off wikipedia. p.s. dont ever tell me what is pertinent and take that dictionary out of your ass. dont respond to this either and just be the bigger man, im sick of this crimety and waste of words. foolsworthy jibberish blah
