Hey, yo! A question, if you don't mind me asking ~~[edit]

What's your capping software? I'm acquainted with the differences between DragonBall DVD versions, but caps like this aren't turning out very well, at least when compared to previous examples. Wrote to let you know I'm not trying to play favorites on pics, just trying to get to the root of the cap quality problem.

Sorry. I wanted to give you a heads-up over the revert though, since you're fresh me... a NEWLY REGISTERED USER and all. ^_^ Papacha 06:30, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, it's not the program's fault as I've provided perfect quality screens from another set of Japanese DVDs. In actuallity, it's the actual brightness of the scene. The US DVDs are extremely bright and saturated, while the scene in question was somewhat darkened and had an orange tint due to Coola's blast. I've taken other screenshots before that I've placed here and they're taken with the same program, as you can see here. :P Tsukento 07:48, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yep. FUNi's R1s are also zoomed in ever so slightly, or so I've read. But while I dig the R2 transfer, I could do without the faux letter-box effect, though this is how the films were *meant* to be seen, I s'pose.
Of course, word from the grapevine is they've licensed the new set from Toei and will be releasing THE WHOLE DIZZAM SHOW over again. DBZ is biscuit wheels on a gravy train, and... s-stuff. Eeek. Papacha 08:12, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Freezadies.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Freezadies.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jay32183 04:41, 7 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Sanji kick.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Sanji kick.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:07, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
