Roshan Bhondekar

I have removed from Wikipedia:Requested articles/Biography/By profession a long but unpersuasive proposal for an article on Roshan Bhondekar. After a promotional article on this person was created and deleted three times, Bishonen prevented its re-creation, and in my opinion rightly so. If you really believe that Bhondekar meets Wikipedia's criteria for notability, please go ahead and create a draft for a non-promotional article, based on reliable sources, in User:Topauthors/Draft, and invite Bishonen to look at it. Please don't try to put an article about yourself on Wikipedia

Hi, Topauthor. I will not be accepting your article draft, sorry. For an author to have an article on Wikipedia, reliable sources which are independent of the subject must have paid significant attention to that author. Please see WP:AUTHOR. The previously deleted versions of your article have no such sources, and the draft doesn't either; it's all blogs and promotional interviews and press releases. Also, writing about oneself on Wikipedia is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography.
