Edited Siemens Financial Services Page

Hi, just edited the article Siemens Financial Services because it really needed a cleanup. At the moment I try to get more information on history of SFS to include (eg the banking licence in 2010). I wonder if I should include the news from last week that SFS transferred a huge amount of money from French banks to the European Central Bank.
