July 2012[edit]

Please stop. Continuing to remove file deletion tags from file description pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Disney Channel, without resolving the problem that the template refers to may be considered vandalism. Further edits of this type may result in your being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Again, read Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria, it is the policy to have as few images in an article as possible, and the 2002-12 logo is expressed fine in the infobox, and the DCOM image is allowed only for the DCOM article. Also, Tron premieres on XD, so that note doesn't belong on the Disney Channel article. Follow our guidelines. Thank you. Nate (chatter) 05:30, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The logos need to stay to represent the former logos. --TechNev16 (talk) 18:50, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
No, they don't. With your re-add against the advice I've given you, you will be reported now. Nate (chatter) 02:00, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
What part of "against policy" do you not understand? I have given you a clear link to our non-free image policy and you have re-added them even after my report. Stop it. Nate (chatter) 02:24, 10 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The discussion is about the topic TechNev16; logos on Disney Channel. Thank you. Nate (chatter) 02:56, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please stop edit-warring. The other editors are completely correct. Please read WP:NFCC, and most particularly criteria 3a and 8. WP:NFLISTS may also be relevant. Black Kite (talk) 06:23, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I read it, and it says nothing about not putting old logos on a page. I will continue to replace the logos. --TechNev16 (talk) 17:30, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

July 2012[edit]

Your recent editing history at Disney Channel shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

You are suspected of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/DisneyCSIfan. Thank you.

Gotcha, CSIDisneyfan! --Drmargi (talk) 02:55, 12 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

Since you have inddicated that you are willing to continue edit-warring both against consensus and policy, I have blocked you indefinitely for disruptive editing. You may be unblocked if you undertake to stop doing that (assuming that the SPI above does not indicate that you a sock of a blocked user, in which case the block will stay regardless).
