Question about splitting articles[edit]

Hi! Replacing a redirect with an article is fine - don't worry, you won't get warned or blocked for that :) However, do bear in mind the notability of the characters you are dealing with - if a redirect's history shows that it once used to be an article, that might mean someone considered the character not notable enough to have its own article. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use.
