I was trying to write a perl program to pick out the amino acid sequence from a PDB file. It picks out the 3 letter codes and translate it into one letter code. I spotted the error when I tried to BLAST my sequence and realized that the sequence is shorter than it should. I should have learned the amino acids better and not rely on wiki. =P Arthur (talk) 11:53, 7 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
