Dear Struppi, I see you changed the Argo (oceanography) page, and changed where I wrote about 3600 floats operating, you changed to something over 8000. I think the number you found is the number of floats that have been deployed. Most of these are dead, the current array at the end of 2013 is in fact just over 3600 floats.
