Fair use rationale for Image:Whispered.jpg[edit]

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

I cleaned up the image using the template. It should be fine. Don't worry about it; images are really hard to deal with and copyrighted images require a lot of information.
