Unspecified source for Image:JVeneno.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:JVeneno.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 16:16, 31 October 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Calliopejen1 16:16, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE[edit]

Hi, there! Thanks for assuming good faith (on my part)! Just as a suggestion, you may want to place this template {{construction}} on the top of the article that you are creating to keep the wiki-wolves (like me) at bay until it satisfies WP:N. If you need anything from me, feel free to give me a shout on my talkpage! Cheers!--Sallicio 02:49, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Rosant! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 7 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 941 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Robin Santana - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Salvador Gomez - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  3. Rolando Paulino - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  4. Rafael Villanueva - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

The article Glovis Reyes Aglon has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. The article Los Bolos has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references found no published (gBooks) in English supporting the content of this article. It has been tagged to add references since October 2006. Without references and unable to find support the article fails WP:V, if WP:RS are added to support the content it would seem to pass WP:N but without references (any language is fine), and no cross language wiki links; it can not be shown to pass WP:N or WP:V.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. File copyright problem with File:Salvador_Gomez.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Salvador_Gomez.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:32, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Salvador Gómez (politician) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Apparently non-notable mayor of a town of about 12,000, this gentleman is unlikely to meet WP:POLITICAN. As for WP:GNG: I can find a couple passing references to this putative politician, I think, but nothing that verifies he's a mayor, and nothing that provides anything more than passing coverage. Additional sources, as always, welcomed.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
