Request reason:

There seems to be a problem I'm having when logged in via the UofE VPN - and I'm unwilling to log in to and use web sites on public networks without using the VPN. IP is 129.215.4.57, and the block ID is #3824268. Block appears to cover the whole 4.x range. I cannot edit any pages, even when I'm logged in as an authenticated user in good standing - bit of a nuisance.
