@User talk:Robertiki: I have responded to your repeated edits of the Italian shooting in the Laccadive Sea on both the EDIT and TALK page of the article giving detailed reasons why your POV inclusion is deemed unfit. In view of your repeated reverts/deletions of contributions on Wikipedia, I have placed a EDIT WARNING on your talk page and will be obliged to escalate the matter if you continue to cause disruption to the article.

Edit war warning

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on 2012 Italian shooting in the Laccadive Sea. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use Talk:2012 Italian shooting in the Laccadive Sea the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. 81.240.132.34 (talk) 13:33, 15 July 2013 (UTC)

About "Edit war" I remark that you are doing it. The single word I inserted, no way could be seen as vandalizing. So before reverting you should have asked in the talk page. Anyway, explanations are given in the article talk page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:2012_Italian_shooting_in_the_Laccadive_Sea#User_81.240.132.34 where you could reply.--Robertiki (talk) 13:55, 15 July 2013 (UTC)
The single word changes the entire meaning of the sentence and is therefore unacceptable as it also is POV. Please make any further comments that you have in the TALK page of the article Talk:2012 Italian shooting in the Laccadive Sea.

A minor change to DRN

Hi there, you're getting this message as you are involved in a case at the Dispute Resolution Noticeboard which is currently open. Today DRN has undergone a big move resulting in individual cases on subpages as opposed to all the content on one page. This is to inform you that your case is now back on the DRN board and you will be able to 'watch' the subpage it's located on. Thanks, Cabe6403 (TalkSign) 13:17, 18 July 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. your reverting of my edit to the name of the Persian Gulf

Hi, Robertiki; I see you have reverted my correction of vandalism to the name of the geographic feature that is the Persian Gulf (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Barakah_nuclear_power_plant&oldid=prev&diff=700389315), citing "Plant is on the arabian side, so please respect twin name". I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "twin name". The Persian Gulf only has one name, whether you're on the Iranian side, the Arab side, or if you're in Australia. Just as the Gulf of Mexico only has one name, no matter where you are. To pre-empt an invalid argument I see might be coming up, I invite you to have a look at Persian Gulf naming dispute ... the United Nations and the rest of the world are quite clear that no other name for the Persian Gulf is acceptable or recognized. Based on that ... I will revert the change back. I'm happy to discuss this. Please let me know if there are other grounds, based on which you believe my edit is incorrect. And, please, I mean a reason somewhat more acceptable than "some arabs woke up one morning and decided to call a geographic feature by another dreamed-up name". Regards, Kamran the Great (talk) 19:34, 18 January 2016 (UTC)

Please don't take on me personally. Discussion should not be done on my talk page, but on the article talk page, which I started yesterday and where I explain some points. If you want, repeat there your reasonings, for all the editors. Anyway, re-reverting without trying the proposed discussion is a bit rude. --Robertiki (talk) 19:52, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
