My previous decline was removed, and I missed that. What I would have said is this-- | decline = Not sure what you mean about the "real reason". Alright, I haven't a clue as to what you mean. You have a staggering degree of overlap with sockpuppets, so many that in at least one instance no one bothered with a SPI. The specter of advertising has been raised in your block log, though it is somewhat tantalizing. I think it is probably reasonable to ask you to read and heed WP:PAID. Your sock puppetry denials are just not convincing given the degree of over lap. You must realize that a checkuser is not going to lay everything out in public due to privacy considerations-- the implication is that there is much here, undisclosed for that reason, that has lead to your sock block. The procedural decline was because no one was convinced that is not unwise to unblock you for these many reasons. Dlohcierekim.... I had an account called User:Rajeshbiee long time back and it was blocked mentioning it as the sock of User:Gantlet and this 'connection' is making the administrators suspicious about my current account User:Rajeshbieee as another sock or associated with different accounts. Let me make this clear here that my name is RajeshB and I am working in film Industry as an Assistant director as well as an actor. I would like to continue editing wikipedia under my own name User:Rajeshbieee only, rather than editing from different user accounts. Why on earth I should take a foolish step to edit from different user accounts? Or what will I gain from that action? Let me confirm this once again that I am not associated with accounts like Gantlet, Adj48n, Smileverse, User:Editor 2050 and User:Venkateswaran Ganesan. As I already mentioned, why should I do that? You people are free to do all the necessary checking before releasing my account. As far as WP:PAID 'blame' is concerned, I am yet to take any money from anyone even though I gets 'sarcastic' calls asking about my 'charge' for page creation. This might be happening as I have User:Brianhe's message on my Talk page. Finally I believe I can be blamed for WP:COI as I have created and edited the page of films I have worked, Manal Naharam and Nagesh Thiraiyarangam, but you can see that adequate references are supporting those articles. In this scenario, I assure you that in future I won't be doing the same and will suggest changes in its talk page only. The current block on my account User:Rajeshbieee is suffocating me and I request you people to release my account from 'blocked' status and I also request to release my old account User:Rajeshbiee from sock list, so that I am sure no administrators will 'watch' my account suspiciously. Doc James Oh my God! Does it mean that way? I worked in those films, but its wikipedia pages are having adequate references and has received notable media attention. In this scenario how can it termed as paid editing as I have also created pages of several films where I have not worked. If you still consider it as a mistake, then I can only apologize for the unknowingly done mistake and assure you people that, I won't repeat it again and please give me a chance to edit wikipedia again. Sorry for the delay in giving a reply as I am busy in a movie schedule. In my unblock request 5, I had mentioned that I am following wikipedia policy and has given more importance to WP:Notability and WP:Col. After I was unblocked 2 years back, I had created only 30 plus articles; means just over 1 article per month so far. I believe I have slowed down a lot and that itself is a part of my specific plan to be more accurate. :If I am unblocked, and If I am creating a new page, then my objective is to concentrate more on WP:Notability and WP:Col only; moreover will make sure that the subject matches the standard of wikipedia policy. My primary interest is always cinema, followed by sports. Naturally I prefer editing those pages in the first place with adequate references. for example , actor Kamal Haasan's page does n't have much details on his 1970's Malayalam cinema success; I would like to work on the same. Doc James... I have already mentioned that I have created the pages of the films like Nagesh Thiraiyarangam and Manal Naharam, where I have worked as an actor as well as assistant director. Both these films had adequate media coverage, even though you people can blame me of WP:COI. My point is, hereafter I won't create any pages of the films that I am working and will give editing suggestions only on its talk pages.

As far as paid editing evidence is concerned, I am yet to take any money from anyone, but I gets 'sarcastic' calls asking about my charges to create a page and I had given them similar 'sarcastic' replies and they disappear. I can confidently say that I have n't taken any money to edit wikipedia and there is nothing to disclose. Professionally my film career is slowly 'taking off' as I worked in some films and I have a meaty role in Netaji, [1] and of course I was paid for my films. While I typically have great disdain for sockpuppetry, and I'm not quite familiar with Rajeshbieee's legacy of deception, as someone who has dealt with many socks and especially in the world of Indian entertainment, I kind of feel that Rajeshbieee has gotten caught up in a mess that is hard for him to clean up, and I actually think he means well. I've looked at his user page and he seems to be someone who has put his entire persona on the line for full disclosure, and I can appreciate the candor of that, if he's willing to avoid his COI instincts. We don't typically unblock "sock" accounts, but maybe there's an argument to be made to not unblock the Gantlet account but to let him work as Rajeshbieee? Maybe we could encourage him to divulge any undiscovered sock accounts he might have used? I think we recently unblocked Musa Raza who was probably evading a block as Mnaqvii--my point being that sometimes we actively unblock socks rather than the masters to give people another chance.
