Electronic cigarette-related articles

Extended confirmed protection indefinitely for the above articles: Long-term persistent vandalism. I'd rather not start a RfC for each page. I prefer to avoid clogging up the WP:RFCs. IPs and new accounts are continuing to add unsourced content or are vandalizing the pages. See here for the previous RfC I started.

	Sockpuppetry
		New accounts that aren't actually new users (i.e. sockpuppets) are a plague on the project, with sometimes dozens of socks for a single banned editor. Administrators refuse to block a new sock account unless there is "solid evidence" of sockpuppetry. As long as an editor must provide "solid evidence" of sockpuppetry there will be sock accounts that will remain unblocked and unchecked.
