Sondra Locke[edit]

Do not attempt to re-add that information again. The issue is being discussed on the article's talk page. When editors disagree about something, the correct thing to do is to discuss it on the talk page, not to edit war to try to force your preferred version. If you look at the talk page, I'm even currently supporting the inclusion of some of that info. But until consensus is achieved, stop edit warring. Qwyrxian (talk) 02:35, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please. Please. Drop the public records issue. It is a 100% meaningless argument on Wikipedia. If Locke herself walked up to me and showed me what she claimed was her birth certificate, I could not use that information in a Wikipedia article. This is a highly settled part of our policies on verifiability, original research, and reliable sources. You're actually hurting your case by bringing it up over and over again, because you're distracting from the actual legitimate point you have about the magazine articles. Okay, thank you for the tip. Please see my latest response on the SL talk page, where I get down to the reliable sources. PlaceboComp8705 (talk) 03:44, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Also, while Erik now knows that xe can't remove your comments from the article talk page, xe is allowed to remove them from xyr own user talk page. Qwyrxian (talk) 04:20, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

August 2011[edit]

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on others' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Sondra Locke. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Phearson (talk) 05:38, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In other words, if you continue to add this, especially to irrelevant pages, eg Wikipedia talk:Abuse response, you are likely to be blocked. No one wants to block you for this but you need to stop. Dougweller (talk) 05:51, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

SPI[edit]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Excuseme99 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. Erikeltic (Talk) 16:11, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
