Welcome![edit]

Hello, Pjtian, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Page moved[edit]

Hi! The page still exists and can be viewed at User:Pjtian/DDaisy L. Hung. Offhand, here are my notes:

  • This needs sourcing to back up the basic information about her life and career. You can use primary sources for this, but independent, secondary reliable sources would of course be best.
  • This needs more sourcing that is independent of Hung and the persons, organizations, or institutions affiliated with her - in other words, sourcing that isn't by places or people that she has worked with. It's especially important to have the sourcing for the places that have given her awards.
  • Be cautious when giving information on details on topics that aren't related to Hung per se. For example, the information that the National Central University in Taiwan being "the first graduate institute in Taiwan studying human behaviors and neural mechanisms") in the lead isn't really necessary to mention unless Hung was vital in founding the institution or program. It's kind of like "gilding the lily" so to speak, as mentioning that she's the director of the neuroscience institution at the university would be the vital information here.

I hope this helps! Definitely feel free to ask myself or Ian (Wiki Ed) if you have any questions! ReaderofthePack(formerly Tokyogirl79) (。◕‿◕。) 06:54, 21 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
