However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

@Timtrent:Thank you for notifying me of this. I'm not sure who would have made this as it's really similar to mine but contains a plethora of terrible formatting and typos. There's no way that article will get approved. Can I edit that article while it's in the approval process and replace the info with mine? In your position I would merge good information into the other one, keeping its better bits and then monitor it yourself. Things in the Draft: name space are viewed as community property. I chose it because yours was in private space. I have no idea about Mr Putney! Do talk to the other editor on their talk page, though, and try hard to work together. Sell them the benefits!
