Proposed deletion of Luca Cancellari[edit]

The article Luca Cancellari has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Apparent WP:OR and WP:SYNTH: a 12th-century Byzantine signing in Latin is unusual, but even more unusual that the author of such works as the Salus Populi Romani or the Nicopeia is nowhere else mentioned; furthermore, the Salus P. Rom is from the 6th century, while the Nicopeia is dated to the 11th century. I believe the citation simply references the icons taken in 1204, without mentioning this Cancellari at all.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on Luca Cancellari, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

recreation of PROD-ed article based on extremely shoddy sources; this person did not exist

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, I'm Aviram7. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Gianna Persaki, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~~ αvírαm|(tαlk) 15:08, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
