School's IP address is making me unable to edit

I'm not sure how exactly to use the template (because I'm a little slow) but I have made a formal appeal to administration for my account (not the IP address) to be unblocked

I am writing this while at school, using the student wifi. This is not only a shared connection but also uses a VPN provided by Securly.

If any admins happen to see this could you pretty please with a thermonuclear bomb on top either consider unblocking my account or sharing this info to someone who could?
