Encyclopedia articles do not use language like, "as he mastered the ability to use his musical gifts". They do not refer to the subject by his first name, or by his initials. They do not quote at great length from the subject talking about himself, but instead draw upon neutral, reliable third-party sources for information. This is not dissing you, this is attempting to explain what we need for a legitimate article. --Orange Mike | Talk 12:05, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

So someone with relative pitch and at Beklee Scool of Music doesn’t master their skills? Onlinecrates (talk) 14:48, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Assuming I’m his PR is lame or that this is promo, I just did it for my first article because I am aware of who is getting signed and who is blowing up in LA with A&Rs and people at labels. I know your trying to wiki police based on your description but you should open your mind a bit bc you’re not always right - in this case you’re so far from wrong it’s silly. It's more a matter of encyclopedic tone. The text as written is more like an article in an indie press magazine article than the more serious style that we strive for. Unless you can find solid sources for assertions, just state bare facts. Think more New York Times or Grove's Dictionary tone, rather than Tom Wolfe or Hunter Thompson. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:13, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
