Mark Bourrie situation

Regardless of what else is going on, your edits do not qualify for a WP:3RR exemption under BLP. I do not see anything that is a clear violation. Accordingly, I'm returning the page to the status quo ante situation, with the material in question included.

Given that prior materials have been removed by a now-blocked user, I will also be escalating this to checkusers while reserving the right to take immediate administrative action as necessary to protect the integrity of the project. —C.Fred (talk) 14:58, 28 January 2024 (UTC)

Grossly unfair and juvenile. Check my IPS Check what you like. I am not a Sockpuppet. You never engaged with me at all or heard my BLP concerns. You have acted in an unfair and arbitrary way. By republishing and protecting a claim made by a tabloid-style podcast outfit that a lawyer acted unethically, you breached the spirit and letter of BLP and left Wikipedia without a limitations defence if Bourrie sees this and sues. Reputations can’t be played with because a subject of a Wikipedia page is unpopular or oppositional. There’s a real world out there.
