Request reason:

Irequired to make another account because i was blocked, the reson for blocking was only that i wanted to write the correct name of the article about a small city in Pakistan, the correct name of the city is Chanabnager, byt it is wrongly written as rabwah in the article, when i tried to move the article to correct name D Mack blocked me again and again, the blockers are trying to take the discussion to the religion, you all are welcome to se the discussion page on article rabwah
