Signature problem

Syntax highlighter reveals an error in your signature. If you would move the italics coding inside the end span command it would fix the problem. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:10, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

Is this better? -24Talk 18:31, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
Yes. That solves the problem. Chris Troutman (talk) 19:25, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

EdLeo99

Thanks... Iam just wondering what do you think the joy of being an wikipedian? EdLeo99 (talk) 03:12, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

@EdLeo99: I think the fun of (trying to) gather all of human knowledge in one place is the best part of Wikipedia. -24Talk 03:15, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

Yes... That's why I wanted to be one of the admins...Any tips for a new wikipedian like me? And how do you know Iam trying for the admin anyway? I've read the link you gave. ThanksEdLeo99 (talk) 03:25, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

@EdLeo99: You don't have to be a sysop to help the wiki. Administrators have some very important tools that help keep the wiki in good shape but editors like you and me are the ones that actually make the wiki work. I would advise you to read some documentation and start editing. Also, I saw your RfA. That's how I knew that you were trying for admin. -24Talk 20:26, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

WikiCup 2015 launch newsletter

Round one of the 2015 WikiCup has begun! So far we've had around 80 signups, which close on February 5. If you have not already signed up and want to do so, then you can add your name here. There have been changes to to several of the points scores for various categories, and the addition of Peer Reviews for the first time. These will work in the same manner as Good Article Reviews, and all of the changes are summarised here.

Remember that only the top 64 scoring competitors will make it through to the second round, and one of the new changes this year is that all scores must be claimed within two weeks of an article's promotion or appearance, so don't forget to add them to your submissions pages! If you are concerned that your nomination will not receive the necessary reviews, and you hope to get it promoted before the end of the round, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. However, please remember to continue to offer reviews at GAN, FAC and all the other pages that require them to prevent any backlogs which could otherwise be caused by the Cup. As ever, questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup and the judges are reachable on their talk pages. Good luck! CVUA final exam

Your final exam is posted. Normally I'd like to watch you during the monitoring period for a longer period of time but you "get it." There's no point in making this take longer. Obviously now is not the time to take a WikiBreak (because I've seen that before). I expect you'll have this done within the next few days. Chris Troutman (talk) 19:52, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

@Chris troutman: Few days?! Finishing it the day of is more my style (yes. I'm done). I have to apologize though, I didn't edit as much as I wanted to during the monitoring period because I had a bit of urgent business on Wikitech. -24Talk 00:05, 6 January 2015 (UTC)
