A report had been filed at WP:UAA regarding your username. It certainly reads easily to the passing editor as the profanity it closely resembles, indeed upon reading the report that's exactly how I read it, and reached right for the block button before noticing the letters are reversed. As such it is skating very close to the line on WP:USERNAME. As you have a history of constructive contributions, I am loth to just block the account per that policy. I would encourage you to consider voluntarily requesting a username change, as this issue is bound to crop up again, and another admin may just block you outright in future based on their different reading of the situation. The template is broken, Tamale17, but before you fix it, please consider improving the text. Which concerns do you understand? How exactly will you address the issue of missing sources in the future? Will you enable notifications for new talk page messages in your preferences, or how will you make sure that you see others' concerns when they appear here on this page? Do you understand how to provide a reference when adding information to Wikipedia? Which button do you click, or which code do you enter? Are YouTube videos a good source for Wikipedia articles? Why / why not?

Answers to some of these questions can be found at WP:INTREF, and by having a look at the huge table at WP:RSP. It is very educative about reliability on Wikipedia.

You don't have to answer these questions one by one; this is just a suggestion.
