You did a good job putting together the article on the Who's Hooligans album, but you can't just clobber an existing article (Hooligans is a redirect to Hooliganism, and has a number of link-to's as such), rather it needs to be created under a different article name, Hooligans (The Who album), which I have done. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. Buddy Holly: A Rock & Roll Collection notability concern

I've left a message on the Buddy Holly: A Rock & Roll Collection talk page but I just though I'd give you the heads-up here too. I'm wondering what is notable about this album and concerned that it doesn't meet WP:NM criteria. There are many Buddy Holly compilations that have been released (see here) but very few of them are notable enough to warrant there own article on Wikipedia. Perhaps I'm mistaken though and there is a good reason why this album is especially notable amongst Buddy Holly compilations. If so, please take the time to reply on the article’s talk page and also try to provide more details and independent third party references in the article itself. Many thanks!
