Hello. Previews of SVG files in Wikipedia (and other wikis) are in PNG format, so you should be able to view or save the image easily.

Go to the linked file, right-click on the image within the page and click on the View Image command when using Mozilla Firefox or SeaMonkey.

In Internet Explorer, right click on the picture, choose properties. Copy the image address with your mouse cursor by clicking and dragging it from http:// and then downwards until .png is within the selection. Press Ctrl+C or right-click to copy, then paste the URL into the address bar.

You should then be able to print the image. See the SVG link above for application support.
