Section Feedback

Hey, I just finished writing a section about transboundary international law precedents in my sandbox. I will still be refining it mostly for minor clarity issues now but let me know what you think of it so far, I can move this later today to the sandbox of the actual article if it's alright with you! Hey Mike, I just finished reading the Mickelson article. I feel like I should add a section about over-emphasizing the Arbitration as setting a precedent; however, this is either a relatively new scholarly discussion or not favoured because I can't seem to find any other articles that hold the same view of the arbitration. Even looking at the people she cites in her sources - reading their articles, it seems as though their arguments she is using more as examples rather than support for her argument. --Kelselle (talk) 06:32, 30 March 2012 (UTC)
