Your First Edit[edit]

Hi Mike, Thanks for letting me know: it looks good. Why don't you contact one of our online ambassadors and ask how you add a tab for Canada? That's what they are there for and you might find it useful to make contact now as practice for later, when you're actually writing your article. They've been helpful to people already. Just leave a message on the talk pages of one of them. They're listed on our course syllabus page Wikipedia:Canada Education Program/Courses/Present/North American Environmental History (Tina Loo) --Greentina (talk) 22:56, 12 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Tina, I was just about to ask one of the ambassadors and realized how to make a new section from his massive Talk page. Thanks! Mhills91 (talk) 23:02, 12 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like you figured it out. "The wiki helps those who help themselves". Nice addition! (and yes, it's probably time for me to clean up the ol'talkpage.) The Interior (Talk) 23:30, 12 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Trail Smelter Dispute Article for Creation[edit]

I have submitted an Article for Creation page for the Trail Smelter Dispute. You can see it at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Trail Smelter Dispute. SockeyeSam (talk) 22:37, 6 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There seems to be a bit of confusion on our part about creating an article, so for the time being, just work in your Sandboxes. SockeyeSam and I will keep you posted on this. --Greentina (talk) 00:35, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your Sandbox[edit]

Hey there, There is a bit of a problem with your sandbox. Can you replace the code you've written with the following, please? [[User:Example/sandbox]] As it stands, when your sandbox is clicked, it takes you to the sandbox of the person who is clicking it! --Greentina (talk) 04:22, 16 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Chapter 3 "Arbitration"[edit]

Team Smoke, see my sandbox. I have started my section. Apologizes for the delay!

Dispute Details[edit]

Added a large portion to my sandbox, check it out and let me know what you think. I still have some editing to do, but I can go live by tonight if everything is ok, thanks! --Sdesousa (talk) 18:20, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Section Feedback[edit]

Hey, I just finished writing a section about transboundary international law precedents in my sandbox. I will still be refining it mostly for minor clarity issues now but let me know what you think of it so far, I can move this later today to the sandbox of the actual article if it's alright with you! I will be changing my citation style when I move it. --Kelselle (talk) 20:42, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, so I've just added proper citations to my part on precedents and I've also finished written a section about Lake Roosevelt (and that is also properly cited), let me know what you think!--Kelselle (talk) 21:40, 29 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the feedback, Mike! I'll definitely be taking a look at the Mickelson article, I haven't come across that one. --Kelselle (talk) 04:24, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Mike, I just finished reading the Mickelson article. I feel like I should add a section about over-emphasizing the Arbitration as setting a precedent; however, this is either a relatively new scholarly discussion or not favoured because I can't seem to find any other articles that hold the same view of the arbitration. Even looking at the people she cites in her sources - reading their articles, it seems as though their arguments she is using more as examples rather than support for her argument. --Kelselle (talk) 06:32, 30 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
